Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef that wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. In the early 90s, Barone was a regular on Carol & Company as a co-star along with Carol Burnett. Barone had also played Carol Willick Ross Geller's husband in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement following Barone's departure from Friends to pursue a role which required longer time. She played the role of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season between 1995 and 1996 as well as The War at Home, between 2005 and 2007. Barone played co-star alongside Daddio in the year 2000. Barone is also credited from television, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone's work on the film One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. In 2010 three years since The War at Home ended its run Barone began her recurring role in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband was a guest on 2 episodes on Shake It Up in the role in the role of J.J. Jones.
