Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from highs and lows. When I was 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If not due to the dedication of my parents, I may not exist today to share my life with you. In the hope of having a better life I wanted to try the best I could to please them. I was focused on my success. Within my head, I had a plan for my future. You go to college and then graduate. Get married. Buy a house. Get kids. My goal was to go to university, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I felt I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being around people and helping those around me. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. Few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. My goal is to be a positive influencer in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. As my career started to grow, I was struck by one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's death. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. There is a lot we can learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to spot it in the moment. Many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life, and I got another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I live my life today instead of merely living as I did previously. In sharing the tale of my journey, it's to ensure that other people can relate to my thoughts and feelings. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of true love. Therapy is necessary and not uncommon. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets because death is the sole thing promised to the people in our lives.
